Janis Ford has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. She prides herself on providing exceptional service to all her clients- whether they are looking for their first home, downsizing to a smaller home, or looking for a bigger home for a growing family. Utilizing her extraordinary listening and communication skills, she assesses her client's needs and wants and devotes 100% of her time to help them find what they are looking for. A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, Janis grew up on the East side of Pittsburgh with 6 brothers and sisters where she found out early in life how to "fight" for what you want and the importance of patience and of a caring attitude. Her father worked 2 jobs to support his family while her mother stayed home with the children-this instilled a strong work ethic and dedication to doing the right thing at all times. After moving to Beaver County in 1999 and marrying her husband Scot she decided to change careers from Medical Records and Medical Billing to become a Realtor® . With over 19 years experience in the industry, Janis originally began her Real Estate career as a part-time agent with extensive knowledge in Property Management and rentals. A strong commitment to her community and faith, Janis is a member of Four Mile Church and has gone on several mission trips to Mexico City. After a deep personal connection, she was drawn to support the cause of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) by participating in her first MADD walk in Ohio. She looks forward to organizing a walk-in Beaver County in the near future. Janis enjoys spending time with her son Kyle and her husband Scot, whether it is searching for antiques, staying at various Bed and Breakfasts, kayaking or taking a ride in their Corvette. Janis and Scot are empty nesters and live in Brighton Township. Contact Janis today for ALL your Real Estate needs. CALL or TEXT 724.601.5284.
